This was fun, trying to colour a traditional drawing digitally. I think I messed up a little on contrast and brightness so the lines are really dark...

Sterling Symphony gets put on edge REALLY easily. Yes, he is of a higher class, but he's never acted like it. His first job as a director was actually in a secondary school orchestra, where he was expected to teach colts and fillies how to play stringed instruments. That job itself was a horrible fit for him, since his patience had run dry by the end of first period everyday, but he developed a strange relationship with his students that both allowed him to be cross and allowed them to have fun at the same time. After a couple years, Sterling moved onto teaching musical theory at the Canterlot University, and even later was offered the position as director of the Canterlot Symphonic Orchestra.
